 Nuovo lavoro per questa band di noise, i THE BODY che con questo ultimo lavoro, sterzano decisamente verso uno stile dove tante sono i rigagnoli sonori, vedi: elettronica, industrial, drone e sludge metal. Il tutto dentro paesaggi plumbei e dove la disperazione è dietro l'angolo. Davvero un lavoro che merita vari ascolti per farsi catturare.

 Album che porta di nuovo in vita la EMO w lo SCREAMO. La band di MARK HOLLEY, ricorda per certi versi i MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE. Vari i momenti che si incrociano, tra i piu' intimi a quelli piu' violenti, sempre dentro un contesto post rock, ricco di energia e di poesia urbana. Fa bene a chi vuole un disco ROCK e in questi periodi serve eccome.

 Ecco il secondo album ,di una band, che gia' con quello di esordio, SONGS OF PRAISE del 2018, aveva fatto gridare al miracolo. Ebbene questo nuovo capitolo traccia il naturale proseguo, fatto di PUNK,POST PUNK,DARK. Stanno maturando anche nella scrittura dei brani, c'è piu' profondita' e questa nevrosi di fondo, li fa assomigliare a gente come i WIRE, KILLING JOKE.Un senso di sperimentazione pervade per l'intera opera.

 Dopo sette lunghi anni, i THE NOTWIST tornano a fare musica e lo fanno, come sempre in maniera personale e passionale. Continuano a sfornare melodie elettroniche, krautrock, pop decadente, ma stavolta ci aggiungono elementi indie, fusion, jazz, elementi che vanno ancor piu', a rendere questo lavoro molto variegato, si guarda sempre piu' al futuro.

Questo ON ALL FOURS suona decisamente meno diretto, ma piu' introspettivo, piu' intimo, soffuso, ci sono varie contaminazioni che si vanno ora ad aprire, dopo un esordio che derivava dal blues. Nei tredici brani proposti si nota il notevole sforzo di staccarsi da quel suono anni novanta dell'esordio, un cammino che è solo all'inizio.
