Band molto attesa dagli addetti ai lavori per questi 5 ragazzi di South London, i SQUID. Questo interessante disco ci da quei suoni che riesce a mettere assieme il post-punk, il funk nella parte ritmica e dosi di fuzz-rock. In alcuni casi richiamano i P.I.L. in altri gli LCD SOUNSYSTEM. Un esplosione di suoni, una lunga gittata di ben 8 minuti di funk-punk, c'è molta sicurezza 4e voglia di sorprendere, il tutto con alle spalle DAN CAREY in fase di produzione.
Band much awaited by the insiders for these 5 guys from South London, the SQUID. This interesting record gives us those sounds that manage to put together post-punk, funk in the rhythmic part and doses of fuzz-rock. In some cases they refer to the P.I.L. in others the SOUNSYSTEM LCDs. An explosion of sounds, a long range of 8 minutes of funk-punk, there is a lot of security 4 and the desire to surprise, all with DAN CAREY behind in production.
