 Nuovo lavoro per questa band di noise, i THE BODY che con questo ultimo lavoro, sterzano decisamente verso uno stile dove tante sono i rigagnoli sonori, vedi: elettronica, industrial, drone e sludge metal. Il tutto dentro paesaggi plumbei e dove la disperazione è dietro l'angolo. Davvero un lavoro che merita vari ascolti per farsi catturare.

 Album che porta di nuovo in vita la EMO w lo SCREAMO. La band di MARK HOLLEY, ricorda per certi versi i MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE. Vari i momenti che si incrociano, tra i piu' intimi a quelli piu' violenti, sempre dentro un contesto post rock, ricco di energia e di poesia urbana. Fa bene a chi vuole un disco ROCK e in questi periodi serve eccome.

Album that brings EMO lo SCREAMO back to life. MARK HOLLEY's band remembers MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE in some ways. Various moments intersect, from the most intimate to the most violent, always within a post rock context, rich in energy and urban poetry.  Ecco il secondo album ,di una band, che gia' con quello di esordio, SONGS OF PRAISE del 2018, aveva fatto gridare al miracolo. Ebbene questo nuovo capitolo traccia il naturale proseguo, fatto di PUNK,POST PUNK,DARK. Stanno maturando anche nella scrittura dei brani, c'è piu' profondita' e questa nevrosi di fondo, li fa assomigliare a gente come i WIRE, KILLING JOKE.Un senso di sperimentazione pervade per l'intera opera.

Questo ON ALL FOURS suona decisamente meno diretto, ma piu' introspettivo, piu' intimo, soffuso, ci sono varie contaminazioni che si vanno ora ad aprire, dopo un esordio che derivava dal blues. Nei tredici brani proposti si nota il notevole sforzo di staccarsi da quel suono anni novanta dell'esordio, un cammino che è solo all'inizio.

Dalla Svezia giunge questo THE EVIL YEAR, riferimento chiaro alla pandemia, mentre i suono sono davvero sinistro ,art rock tribale, cold wave, dark allucinogeno, una forte tensione ne deriva per un disco da ricordare.

The brothers AHMAN ex IN SOLITIDE, churn out the work of their new musical project.  Fin dai anni 80,  continuano a sfornare dischi, i loro fan sono il loro mondo, oltre non si sono mai spinti. Oramai è rimasto il cantante e vocalista JUSTIN SULLIVAN, ma i suoni sono sempre quelli, cari a tutti noi. post/punk-dark,punk, il tipico mood inglese, pensare che CARNIVAL era gia' uscito nel 2005, ma non essendo soddisfatti di come suonava allora, ecco metterci mano e ridare vita attraverso un suono tipico di oltre manica.

Si balla anche ,ci si fa trascinare dalle sue melodie, cosi' semplici ma che conquistano e allora facciamoci, anche noi conquistare.

French girl who now lives in NEW YORK, she LIZZY YOUNG, here in her debut. We find all the enthusiasm, the freshness, but also melancholy traits in his music so varied, lo-fi, pop, shoegaze, art-pop, disco 80s.  Quarto album per il trio di NASHVILLE, con il loro aspetto tipicamente southern e infatti questo nuovo lavoro ci propone una miscela esplosiva di SOUTHERN ROCK ,BOOGIE e il FUNK ROCK che rimandano ai RED HOT CHILLI PEPPERS. Questo lavoro fa molto bene, da la carica giusta per affrontare questi tempi semibui. 

Fourth album for the NASHVILLE trio, with their typically southern aspect and in fact this new work offers us an explosive mixture of SOUTHERN ROCK, BOOGIE and FUNK ROCK that refer to RED HOT CHILLI PEPPERS. This work does very well, gives the right charge to face these semi-dark times.

TINA with POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH MUSIC.irresistible and positive

 Joshua Loftin  a capo del quintetto dei TINA, giungono da South London, album di esordio ,che spiazzera' parecchio chi lo andra' ad ascoltare. Testi autobiografici in questi undici titoli, vengono scritti dopo un periodo negativo, ma grazie anche all'ironia il tutto riflette in maniera positiva. I generi sono davvero vari e i riferimenti si sprecano tra country,rock,folk, pop e psichedelia e in piu' mettiamoci pure una voce che coinvolge e che ricorda molto PERRY FARRELL.

Joshua Loftin at the head of the TINA quintet, they come from South London, their debut album, which will surprise a lot those who will go to listen to it.  Finalmente dopo anni di attesa, ecco il nuovo lavoro della band australiana, POWER UP. Tutto ciò che volevamo da loro,in questo disco lo possiamo ascoltare. A loro non gli si chiede chissa' cosa, solamente che rimangono fini a se stessi. Infatti è il tipico disco che noi volevamo ascoltare, energia rock al massimo volume, per avere dell'altro non rivolgetevi a loro, grazie.

Finally after years of waiting, here is the new work of the Australian band, POWER UP. Everything we wanted from them, we can listen to this record. They are not asked who knows what, only that they remain an end in themselves.
